It’s been over one month since the country was put under a curfew. All except a select few essential occupations are forbidden from venturing outside between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m., in a bid to prevent the spread of the virus causing COVID-19. The Isaan Record went out at night to record the atmosphere of an almost abandoned Khon Kaen city.
